I’m Dj Szabi, a Romania-based DJ, producer and founder of Brielsa Records. My musical journey began in the 2000s, performing under the name Soby, shaped by early influences from hip-hop and jazz. These genres taught me groove, musical identity, and the importance of emotional storytelling through sound.
In 2010, I adopted the stage name Dj Szabi, marking the beginning of a new artistic chapter. With no formal musical background, I immersed myself in production by learning from online tutorials and experimenting with sounds late into the night. Using FL Studio, I developed a signature style that blends energetic Progressive House, Tech House elements, and modern commercial electronic music.
My breakthrough came with the single “Don’t Need Your Love,” which introduced my sound to a broader audience. Soon after, I became the host of the “Party Time” radio show on the Radio Gaga network, connecting with thousands of weekly listeners and solidifying my presence in the electronic music scene.
In May 2023, I launched Brielsa Records, a label focused on delivering fresh, uplifting and innovative electronic music. My mission is to bring high-energy, modern productions to audiences worldwide and support both established and emerging talent. Brielsa Records represents freedom, evolution and a forward-thinking approach to dance music.
On stage, my performances are crafted to deliver energy, emotion and unforgettable moments. I design my sets to take the audience on a journey—balancing tension, melody, rhythm and atmosphere. My goal is simple:
to create powerful experiences that connect people through music.
At first glance, anyone might assume that I’m just a vibrant DJ limited to electronic and dance tracks. But once you start listening to my music, you’ll quickly realize there’s much more behind my sound.
My music defines passion; it’s a clever and fluid combination of commercial electronic and progressive house, topped with a touch of tech-house to complete the formula.
I began my DJ career at the age of 14. Later on, I became deeply interested in computers—a hobby that led me into graphic design and music programming. I had no formal musical background at first, but I taught myself everything by watching YouTube music-production tutorials. I started producing my own tracks on my laptop using FL Studio.
In May 2023, thanks to the support and feedback from my fans online, I officially began pursuing my music-production career and gradually started posting my tracks on YouTube and Facebook.

Although I may not have the major numbers yet, the industry is beginning to take notice of my presence. I’m steadily emerging as one of the rising names in the DJ and electronic music scene, driven by consistency, passion and a clear artistic vision. As I transition into a full-time music producer, I’ve been dedicating my focus to crafting original tracks that carry emotion, energy and authenticity—releases designed to connect with listeners and spread uplifting vibes across every platform.
